LEAD ENGINEER
We're looking for a Lead Engineer to work on our upcoming tactical FPS Due Process. You’ll be responsible for managing an engineering team, designing new features and bringing Due Process to completion.
This position is onsite and will require you to be local to Seattle.
Primary Responsibilities:
Evaluate and extend existing gameplay architecture and features
Identify and address areas of technical risk
Manage, task, and mentor an existing team of 6 – 8 engineers
Coordinate with other departments and leadership
Requirements:
8+ years’ experience building reliable gameplay features
One or more shipped games as a manager
Ability to quickly and independently learn an established code base
Strong engineering and debugging skills
Strong work ethic and ability to self-direct
Extras:
Firm grasp of optimization and efficiency in Unity
Experience building networked action games
Experience with graphics programming
Strong grasp of 3D math and spatial reasoning

Animator
We're looking for an animator to work on our upcoming tactical FPS Due Process.
This position is onsite and will require you to be local to Seattle.
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver high quality tactical animations
End-to-end capability to rig, skin, and animate a character
Evaluate and extend existing animation pipelines
Identify areas of technical risk and refactor when necessary
Work closely with and mentor/learn from other teammates
Requirements:
Deep interest in firearms.
Ability to ship high-quality 3rd person and 1st person animations.
Able to ship animations that bring to life the phrase "speed, surprise, violence of action."
One or more shipped games with Unity.
Strong grasp of debugging.
Strong work ethic.

Ability to quickly and independently lean an established animation pipeline.

SENIOR GENERALIST ENGINEER
We're looking for a Senior Generalist Engineer to work on our upcoming tactical FPS Due Process. You’ll be responsible for building new features and bringing Due Process to completion.
This position is onsite and will require you to be local to Seattle.
Primary Responsibilities:
Evaluate and extend existing gameplay architecture and features
Identify areas of technical risk and refactor when necessary
Provide live support for Due Process during all release phases
Work closely with and mentor other teammates
Requirements:
5+ years’ experience building reliable gameplay features
One or more shipped games with Unity
Firm grasp of optimization and efficiency in Unity
Strong engineering and debugging skills
Strong work ethic and ability to self-direct
Extras:
Experience with graphics programming
Ability to quickly and independently learn an established code base
Experience building networked action games
Strong grasp of 3D math and spatial reasoning
Experience building and debugging shaders
Experience building functional and efficient UIs in Unity
